TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION
THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.

By commissioning me you agree to be held accountable for any violations of these Terms of Service and you acknowledge that:
> I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
> I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission request at any time and for any reason.
> I will retain all rights over the commissioned artwork and may post it on social media (with a watermark) for self-advertisement purposes.
> I will not sell your commission to someone else unless you, the client, have violated any terms.
> You may upload the artwork you commissioned on social media and have the rights to personal use of the artwork.
> You may NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork (reselling, prints, reproduction, etc.)
> You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
> You may NOT remove my signature from the artwork.
> You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.

REFERENCES AND INFORMATION

It’s highly encouraged that you provide sufficient references for the commission. I will still try my best to draw the character faithfully, however if I’m lacking important information that cannot be easily researched I will be forced to improvise.
Please provide all the necessary reference materials for your piece. Please ensure that visual references and written references are not too complex or vague.
Please be as specific as possible when ordering. I love to work off of artistic freedom when possible, but if you are wanting something exact, I will need exact information.I reserve my right to refuse to emulate another artist's style. I work on my own style, and while references and requests to make things more cartoony/realistic is fine, asking me to "draw like [insertname]" is not.

REVISIONS AND EDITS

You will be sent a sketch in which you will be able to tell me what you want fixed/changed, removed, or added, or if I'm allowed to continue.
Anything I missed from the given information or reference on the order form(s) will be changed for free.> For all drawn work: a maximum of 2 revisions can be made during the sketching stage> For Twitch overlays: a maximum of 2 revisions can be made after completion> For animations: a maximum of 2 revisions can be made during the storyboard stageAny additional edits will cost a fee. Fee depends on what you want redrawn/fixed.
I am not responsible for faults resulted in information you do not provide to me.

Payment

Half payment must be made before starting a commission and payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD, please convert before sending. This payment will be regarded as a retainer fee and non-refundable. Once I complete the commission a low quality sample will be sent for confirmation of completion, afterwards the remaining half payment must be made before the final product is sent.
Tips are appreciated but not necessary.By paying the retainer fee, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, acknowledging that it’s impossible to get a physical item. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the payment account related to the provided email. As well as confirming that you are the owner of this account and money, or have permission to use it fully.

Deadlines

Depending on the commission and workload I should be able to complete a commission within 2 weeks (3 weeks for more complex and time consuming work). Please be aware that I have college and home obligations which may affect turnaround times.
If the commission is urgent and has a deadline, I can move it to a Priority Queue and ensure it is one of the first to be completed. This will be and additional 30% of the commission price. I will decide whether or not the deadline is possible before accepting the commission into the priority queue.

Usage Policy

All commissions are for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is permitted. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know,You may repost the commission onto your social media (It would be greatly appreciated if you credit me).If you would like the commercial rights to the work, you may purchase the copyrights for $50. This will grant you permission to use the work for commercial use, such as prints, merch, stickers etc. You may not however claim to be the creator of the work nor can you remove my signature or special markings. As the original artist I will also have full rights to post, print, use and/or market the products commissioned (I will not resell the commission).My art CANNOT be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platforms.

Refunds

You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission or if i cannot finish it. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. The retainer fee may only be refunded before the line art begins. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
